At Casa Tarradellas we prepare pizzas all throughout the year.
However, summer marks the beginning of a very special season. Summer is a time of harvest and with the new wheat harvest we begin to prepare our Casa Tarradellas' pizzas.
Once the wheat has been harvested, the grain is taken to our mil where we produce the finest flour for our pizzas, with a special recipe created by our master flour miller.
